Project management and site coordination

Each project is led by an experienced Donaldson Timber Systems Contracts Manager who coordinates between our design, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure a smooth build process from start to finish. They work alongside your site team to ensure we meet your build programmes and work to your health and safety standards.   Our project management services include:

  • Pre-construction planning and sequencing

  • Liaison with your site teams for a straightforward installation

  • Delivery scheduling and just-in-time logistics

  • On-site progress tracking and reporting
